I understand about those gloomy days. I found that sometimes the solution is sometimes as simple as forcing yourself to go out and be around people, not matter how much you don't want to. Something about forcing yourself to appear happy makes it come true.Either way, do what you need to do to feel better. Call in well to work tomorrow and go out and enjoy the world.

I think it is a natural letdown after a long-anticipated event is over. It was such a great weekend, that settling back into the day to day routines leaves us all feeling a little blah. This, too, shall pass.Grandma
